Steps to Your Canadian Study Permit
Step 1: Qualified Canadian Immigration Lawyer Advice on Your Canadian Study Permit.
To start your Canadian Study Permit application you must have an accepted by a Designated Learning Institution in Canada and already have your admission letter.
A Designated Learning Institution is a designation given by the Canadian Government to certain universities and colleges that denotes their curriculum, facilities, etc. are of a recognized standard. We will confirm for you that the university or college you have applied to is a Designated Learning Institution.
Step 2: Collate Supporting Documents – Our Canadian Immigration Advisers will review all your documents and draft a cover letter to be submitted with your application. The documents you will require for your study permit application include:
- Two Passport-size photographs
- Letter of Acceptance from university or college
- Proof of Financial Support
- Proof of Ties to Home Country (or Country of Residence)

Step 4 – Submit to the Canadian Visa Office
